INTRODUCTION

The Dunman High School Chinese Orchestra Senior High Section was established in 2007 when a few passionate CO members from the pioneer batch of students in Dunman High's Integrated Programme decided to stay on with DHSCO. We are now into the 2nd year of establishment and although the orchestra may be small in size, we're definitely large in spirit and passion for DHSCOSH! :)) Catch us perform together with the DHSCO Junior High Section in our annual concert held at the Victoria Concert Hall in Spring 2009!

回顾以及展望未来 :D

HELLO PEOPLE!
To spice up this blog a bit I shall post about a couple of things. First up! Let's take a look at the events that had kept us occupied for the post-promos period！

1) East Zone Camp!

We definitely had a lot of fun (slacking in c8)! We started planning the SHIC (Senior-High-Initiation-Camp) but that probably took up like 1% of the 5 days? The remaining 99% were probably spent doing the following stuff below and... *ahem*ing :P

The 'baby' of GuanYang and Kueifu, who are both beaming so proudly hehheh.

Um, kianhong, were you trying to fly? o.O

Those were the days we spent staying back in school till 8plus hurhur. :P

2) Dazu with 郭老师。。。

IS SIMPLY HILARIOUS! HAHAHA. There was also the 29th Performance at HCI which we had a lot of fun ~~waiting~~ performing and repeating the first 8(?) bars of JUNMA for warm-up. And the hoi hoi hoi for chan mali chan!

So you ppl out there please stop ponn-ing dazu for work or other reasons! YOU ARE MISSING OUT ON A LOT OF STUFF! >.<

3) East Zone Competition

Thanks a lot for those who were willing to come back to help to be sai-gang warriors for those few days! People like Suyun Kueifu Biyu Keewei (like he can don't come lol) KianHong Clarence WeiCheng! :D

4) Preperation of 团员大会 2008 invitations!

Thanks again to all those who helped to cut paper, write, glue twine, collate addresses, and DELIVER! Hopefully the turnout will be good!

Okay, enough with the 回顾 part. Moving on, for the 展望未来, we are going to have...

1) MOVE!

Finally, THE DAY has been decided. It will be on 17th Dec. This will be mainly the Junior High's stuff but we will need to help them on the actual day itself :D

2) 集训！

Jixun dates are finally confirmed! Senior High Practices are on 20th, 22nd and 23rd Dec. The section leaders will be passing down details soon. Please note that 23rd has kangle and tuanyuandahui so please keep these 3 days free!

NOTE: PLEASE INFORM ALL YOUR SENIORS ABOUT TUANYUANDAHUI! cos i believe there are still some seniors that we do not have their addresses so they might not be notified. PASS THE MESSAGE PPL!

And on a more serious note, 郭老师 wishes us to be able to memorise the 2 SYF songs by this jixun. So ppl, please do eat drink sleep dream breathe...

3) Senior High Initiation Camp!

those who are in the committee you know what you have to do and please do what you have to do asap! :D

to year 4s: PLEASEEE keep these 3 days 27th to 29th free! We promise it will be sugar spice and everything NICE! :D I might do a post on 'A prelude to SHIC 2008' soon so keep a lookout on this blog! :D
